Kind words from our Customers
“Incredible experience building our dream home with SEMCO Construction!
We were anxious about staying in budget, worried about how all the design would come together and hoping for a smooth process… they met with us at least weekly to ensure we were on track, their 35 + years of experience with design was very evident as we now have the most beautiful home we could have ever hoped for!! Smooth, worry free and fun process!!! Thank you!!! We built a forever friendship with your team!”

“I have worked with Debi for a couple of years now. I can honestly say that SEMCO puts their reputation on the line with every home. They go above and beyond to build a quality product, but then take the extra steps to explain the home to the customer. This final step of customer service can not be overlooked. I searched in my home (NOT A SEMCO HOME for a year before finding the water shut off valve. I also had a plumber looking. I finally cut the damn wall out and found it on other side of where it was supposed to be…..bad customer experience. My point is: If the business owner is willing to discuss and develop a plan for your dream home and then close the deal by showing you the final product, then you can just about be assured they are in it to succeed.”

“We built our first home in 2004 with SEMCO Construction and have now finished building our second home with them, as well and are very excited. We loved our first home! It was absolutely gorgeous! We received compliments all the time from friends who paid more for their new homes. The Designer was very helpful in selecting paint colors, tile, wood stain, and fixtures that complement each other. Our Construction Manager was always available to answer any questions that we had. All of the work crews did such a wonderful job that the end result is something to brag about.”

“We contracted with Josh Marchant and his family at SEMCO Construction to remodel our kitchen and paint our house. The house is 40 years old and had not been updated and had never really had a decent exterior paint job. Every remodel job has surprises and, of course, as the job proceeded our vision evolved. These folks can do anything – our water heater began leaking during the project and they had us up and running with a new one in a few hours. Both projects came in on budget and are beautiful. These guys are unflappable, honest, smart and talented. Sort of miss them actually. We unequivocally recommend the Marchant’s and their company SEMCO Construction.”
